Blog Post: Troubleshooting the DASHBOARD

We've discovered an issue this morning with some of our customers having their DASHBOARD not communicating fully with our server. This could mean not all of your actions are visible upon opening the DASHBOARD. One thing we recommend is to make sure your DASHBOARD 4 is the most recent version which is 4.0.448. You can download the latest version from our website here for free. If this does not solve the issue and you are still experiencing an issue, please submit a support ticket which allows us to see what is going on behind the scenes of your DASHBOARD. To submit a support ticket please go to the upper right hand corner of the DASHBOARD and from the drop down menu select "Submit Support Ticket".  Once you have submitted the ticket, we will have your contact information and be able to get in touch with you as soon as we have a resolution.
