You can now submit a help request directly to our team from within the Dashboard. Just visit the options menu, in the top right corner, and select "Submit Support Ticket". This is the best way to contact us for support as it goes directly to our support team and will automatically include an important log file from your computer and Dashboard so that we have detailed information to help us troubleshoot. Never fear, nothing personal or revealing is submitted, unless you want to write a love note in your message ;-)
